Jak se stát lékařníkem

Lékárník je regulované povolání, takže vysokoškolské vzdělání ve farmacii je povinné — žádná zkratka neexistuje. Studium poskytuje znalosti léčiv, jejich farmakologie i správného výdeje. Pro samostatnou práci je nutná odborná způsobilost k výkonu povolání.

1. Farmaceutická fakulta

Hlavní a povinnou cestou je magisterské studium farmacie na vysoké škole, které trvá zhruba 5 let a spojuje teorii s praxí. Absolvent získává titul Mgr. a odbornou způsobilost k výkonu povolání lékárníka.

2. Studium pro farmaceutického asistenta

Krátké kurzy poskytují jen základní orientaci. Chcete-li pracovat v lékárně bez magisterského studia, vede cesta přes vyšší odbornou nebo střední zdravotnickou školu k profesi farmaceutického asistenta — ten však pracuje pod dohledem lékárníka.

3. Specializační vzdělávání

Po získání magisterského titulu může lékárník pokračovat ve specializačním vzdělávání (například klinická farmacie nebo nemocniční lékárenství). Tyto programy prohlubují odbornost, předpokladem je však dokončené vysokoškolské studium farmacie.

4. Odborná praxe

Praxe v lékárně je nedílnou součástí studia i začátku kariéry. Pod vedením zkušených lékárníků si osvojíte výdej léčiv, poradenství pacientům i provoz lékárny. Samotná praxe ale bez vysokoškolského vzdělání k výkonu povolání neopravňuje.

Rychlá cesta zde neexistuje: lékárníkem se stanete pouze přes farmaceutickou fakultu. Bez magisterského titulu z farmacie nelze samostatně vydávat léčivé přípravky. Kratší kurzy stačí nanejvýš pro pozici farmaceutického asistenta.
