Klíčové dovednosti učitele
Pracovní rozvrh a podmínky
A teacher typically works a schedule that aligns with the school timetable: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break. The workweek is about 40 hours. Teachers usually do not need to work on weekends, except when they need to prepare lessons for the following week or participate in extracurricular activities. The teacher's job involves working in an office (school); however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, many teachers shifted to remote work, conducting lessons online. This profession may require additional effort outside of working hours for grading notebooks, preparing lessons, and attending parent meetings. Teachers may also need to conduct individual sessions with students who require extra help or participate in extracurricular activities such as school performances, sports competitions, or field trips.
