Questions and answers
You can discuss this with your specialist and agree on a platform convenient for both of you. Ideally, use a platform that supports video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram, Viber, Skype, etc.).
No meticulous preparation is required. Usually we recommend the following: 1. Think about and write down a list of questions you want to discuss with the specialist. 2. Find a quiet place and set aside time when no one will disturb you. 3. Right before the session, check your internet speed and audio/video quality. Turn off notifications to avoid distractions.
You can reschedule a booked session without explanation, provided you notify the specialist at least 24 hours before it begins.
Payment is made online before the session. You can pay with Ukrainian or foreign bank cards.
According to our platform's rules, payment must be received before the session. This allows specialists to plan their schedule and be confident that the session will take place — your payment confirms the booking.
If you have already paid for a session, you can request a refund provided you notify our support team at least 48 hours before the session begins. You'll need to provide the payment receipt. If the session has already taken place and you're not satisfied with its quality, contact our support and explain why you believe the service was substandard. Our team will reach out to the specialist to understand both sides. Reputation matters enormously to our platform and our specialists — we do everything we can to keep our users satisfied.
