How to become a crusher
You can become a crusher (plant) operator in the UK without a degree. What matters is learning to run crushing equipment, control the material-processing flow and follow safety rules. For quarry and site work you'll typically need a CSCS or relevant plant card and the employer's safety training before working unsupervised.
