Chi è apicultore

The beekeeper cares for the bees, creating comfortable living conditions for them. Every day, he checks the hives for queens, honey, and the health of the family. The beekeeper mixes royal jelly with sugar syrup, preparing feed for the bees to maintain their strength. He cleans the hives from debris and pests, using natural remedies. When it's time to harvest honey, the beekeeper carefully removes the honey frames, separates the honey from the wax, and packages the finished product. The beekeeper helps the bees in pollinating plants, so he plants flowers that attract them. Additionally, he keeps a diary, recording observations about the behavior of the bees and changes in their environment. The beekeeper studies literature on beekeeping and attends workshops, eager to improve his knowledge and skills. This profession combines a love for nature with work, as each hive is a small world that needs attention and care.

Orario di lavoro e condizioni

Beekeepers work approximately 8-12 hours a day. Typically the weekend is Saturday and Sunday, but it can shift depending on the season. This is an outdoor job, not in an office.

2. Affiancamento in apiario
