Come diventare un contabile
In Italia non serve per forza la laurea per iniziare a fare il contabile: in molti partono come addetti alla contabilità e imparano sul lavoro. La via più rapida è entrare in uno studio o nell'amministrazione di un'azienda dopo un diploma di ragioneria (istituto tecnico economico) o un percorso ITS, e formarsi sul posto.
1. Laurea
Una laurea in Economia o discipline affini è una delle vie d'ingresso, ma è la più lunga. È indispensabile per diventare dottore commercialista (con esame di Stato e iscrizione all'Albo), mentre per molti ruoli in azienda gli studi tecnici e l'esperienza pratica contano quanto la laurea.
2. Diploma tecnico e apprendistato
Il diploma di un istituto tecnico economico (ex ragioneria) o un percorso ITS, magari in apprendistato, ti porta direttamente nella contabilità di studi e aziende. È la via formale più rapida e a basso costo: si lavora e si impara sul posto.
3. Certificazioni e aggiornamento
Corsi su contabilità, IVA, paghe e gestionali (ad esempio i software più diffusi) ti rendono operativo in breve tempo. Sono molto apprezzati, soprattutto per chi cambia settore, e tengono aggiornate le competenze sulla normativa fiscale.
4. Tirocinio in studio o azienda
Un tirocinio o un ruolo junior in uno studio di commercialisti o nell'ufficio amministrativo di un'azienda — anche nelle Big Four — dà esperienza pratica sui principi contabili italiani e sui software. Spesso è retribuito e porta a un'assunzione stabile.
5. Studio da autodidatta
Corsi online e gestionali si possono imparare al proprio ritmo, e una base di contabilità di partita doppia è un buon primo passo. Va però abbinato a esperienza reale: i datori di lavoro valutano i risultati concreti più dei soli attestati online.
Il modo più veloce per cominciare è un diploma in ambito economico-amministrativo e un impiego come addetto contabile mentre si fa pratica con la contabilità e i gestionali. La padronanza dei software e della normativa fiscale conta quanto il titolo di studio. Per firmare bilanci e svolgere la libera professione occorrono la laurea, il tirocinio, l'esame di Stato e l'iscrizione all'Albo dei Dottori Commercialisti.
