Orario di lavoro e condizioni

Come diventare un fornace

Si può diventare addetto alla fornace senza laurea. È un lavoro pratico in metallurgia e negli impianti di processo: preparare, dosare e caricare i materiali nelle giuste proporzioni. Le competenze si acquisiscono con un apprendistato o direttamente sul posto di lavoro.

1. Apprendistato o formazione sul lavoro

La via più rapida è entrare in azienda come apprendista e imparare direttamente sul posto, sotto la guida di personale esperto. Padroneggi nella pratica il dosaggio, la miscelazione e il caricamento dei materiali e puoi iniziare a guadagnare da subito.

2. Corso breve

I corsi brevi, spesso regionali, durano da poche settimane a qualche mese e coprono le basi su materie prime, proporzioni e tecnologie di preparazione della carica. Sono competenze pratiche applicabili immediatamente in produzione.

3. Istituto professionale o qualifica IeFP

Un percorso in un istituto professionale o tecnico, o una qualifica/diploma professionale IeFP nel settore meccanico o metallurgico, dà teoria e pratica. Concludi con un titolo riconosciuto e puoi passare direttamente al lavoro in stabilimento.

La via più rapida è imparare sul lavoro in stabilimento, spesso tramite apprendistato. Un percorso in un istituto professionale o un corso regionale del settore è un vantaggio. Precisione ed esperienza fanno crescere la competenza nel tempo.
