Chi è tecnico di filatura

A spinner transforms fiber into yarn. He starts his day by preparing the raw material: he untangles fibers, checks their quality, and readies the equipment. Using special machines, the spinner draws out fibers, twists them into fine threads, and monitors the process to ensure uniformity and strength of the material. The spinner constantly adjusts the machine settings to achieve the desired results. He oversees the technological process, regulates rotation speed and tension, and checks temperature and humidity. The spinner often conducts yarn testing to ensure it meets quality standards. When the yarn is ready, the spinner organizes and packages it for further processing or sale. He documents the results of his work, keeps production records for reporting purposes. This profession requires attentiveness, patience, and technical skills. The spinner also communicates with colleagues, discusses problem-solving, and improves processes. Thus, the spinner becomes part of a larger production cycle every day, which forms the basis for many other stages of the textile industry.

Orario di lavoro e condizioni

A spinner typically works 8 hours a day. The workday can start from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. This is primarily office or manufacturing work that requires specialized equipment. Remote work is rare. There may be additional schedule changes depending on production needs.
