Come diventare un tettoista
Si può diventare tettoista senza una laurea: è un mestiere pratico che si impara soprattutto in cantiere, dove contano l'abilità manuale e una rigorosa disciplina sulla sicurezza. In Italia la via standard è l'apprendistato presso un'impresa o un corso professionale per l'edilizia. Sono obbligatorie la formazione sulla sicurezza in cantiere e quella specifica per il lavoro in quota.
1. Corsi brevi
I corsi brevi coprono le basi della copertura dei tetti e del lavoro in quota in sicurezza, compreso l'uso di scale, ponteggi e imbracature. Durano in genere da pochi giorni a qualche settimana, unendo teoria e pratica, e includono la formazione obbligatoria sulla sicurezza.
2. Apprendistato
L'apprendistato presso un'impresa è la via standard in Italia: si lavora ed è retribuiti mentre ci si forma, alternando lavoro in cantiere e formazione per un paio d'anni. Copre materiali, tecniche, gestione del rischio e le competenze per il lavoro in quota richieste dal mestiere.
3. Tirocinio in cantiere
Si può anche iniziare come tirocinante o manovale e imparare sul posto affiancando tettoisti esperti. Così si matura una preziosa esperienza nel lavoro in quota, completando intanto la formazione obbligatoria sulla sicurezza.
La via più rapida è l'apprendistato o un corso professionale breve uniti alla pratica in cantiere. Completa la formazione sulla sicurezza e quella per il lavoro in quota, poi matura esperienza affiancando tettoisti esperti.
