DevOps është një profesion relativisht i ri në tregun shqiptar dhe nuk kërkon detyrimisht diplomë formale. Rruga më e zakonshme është Bachelor në Shkenca Kompjuterike ose Inxhinieri Informatike në Universitetin Politeknik të Tiranës ose Universitetin e Tiranës, megjithatë shumë specialistë kanë hyrë në fushë përmes bootcamp-eve dhe certifikimeve ndërkombëtare AWS/Azure pas formimit fillestar në programim.
